Kyle joined Cox Yeats in 2024, where he completed his articles in the firm’s Construction and Insurance team. He has since been admitted as an attorney of the High Court and retained as an associate in the firm’s Corporate & Competition team.
Kyle’s practice focuses on general commercial and corporate law. He advises clients on a range of commercial transactions and corporate governance matters, including the drafting and negotiation of commercial agreements, company structures, and regulatory compliance.
Kyle also has experience in dispute resolution and High Court litigation, including the negotiation of settlement agreements and assisting with urgent applications.
